Summary: Provide the highest level of customer service through sales and account management activities including, but not limited to these essential job duties:
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Responsible for both phone and floor sales to customers
Thorough knowledge of all products offered for sale
Thoroughly understands and can explain the Installment Sales Agreement
Assist in the maintenance and daily update of customer files, including contact information, sales activities and inquiries, account management activities and correspondence.
Assist in loading, unloading and set-up of new product and deliveries
Follow Company policies and procedures
Perform duties to meet established job standards
Perform other duties assigned by the Assistant Manager and Store Manager
Qualification Requirements: Must pass entry level tests including drug screen and background check. Must have a valid state driver's license and a good driving record.
Education and/or
Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Retail sales experience.
Skills & Abilities: Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the coworker may be required to lift heavy objects.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
