Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of assisted living /memory care resident health statusImplements new and updates current resident care plansCoordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as neededLeads and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administrationActs as support to Director of Health Services RN, DHSMonitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed support staff

Current MN RN license or by start dateAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersPreferred:
Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systemsWork experience in a patient support role, LPN or RNGood written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providersSalary:
$36 - $46 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
